That Big Tomah Race We Were Talking About......

Tomah is one of our best races every year.  Nice lake with great spectators and a track put together by Jack Potter, Kenny Marcou, and Billy Franklin of Millston Tire LLC.  Race day track plowing for this event by Jason Martin of Kendall Trucking & Excavating and Jack Potter.  This will be some of the best lake racing of the year!

Sponsors this year who help make it happen:

Al Muth Harley-Davidson
Millston Tire
Keytime Motorsports
Magnum Media
Kendall Trucking

Also food will be available from Badger Land Travelers ATV club.  As in other years the Best Western of Tomah is the hotel with the deals.

WE STILL NEED WORKERS!  To be able to get any awards at the end of the year you must get in a work day/credit.  The Tomah race is actually put on by the CWIRA for the benefit of the Association and to pay for those awards - this is OUR race.  Please get signed up and help all of us out.  This year the work is split between morning set up and evening tear down (you can pick either one!).  Also we will need flaggers.  The sign-up link is RIGHT HERE.

AHEAD:
Weyauwega?  It's the big one.  The longest track of our season at the Waupaca County Fairgrounds.  Both Saturday and Sunday with FULL CWIRA POINTS on Sunday - non-points Saturday unless we need it as a make-up event.

The AMA ATV Ice Racing Grand Championship.  Saturday February 10 at the Wausau 525 track.  Bring it.  Amateur National Titles for Youth, Rubber and Studded Quads.  Cash & Trophy support classes for bikes, as well as the Kold Kutter Clash for studded Quads and Podium Rubber cash class for the Pro Rubber Quads.  You must be a full AMA member for the National Award classes but may join as a 1-day AMA member for the support classes.  On-Line pre-entry and information here: amaiceracingnationals.com

SUNDAY February 11th at the 525 - full CWIRA points!  It's been several years in the making but we finally get our chance at this fine championship track.

It's that time of the year when we click 3rd and grab a handfull.  See you at the track!

Rock Dam Results

40 degrees? Fogettabout it - the race was on!  Track stayed great all day for being so warm and the ice so soft.  REMEMBER - Tomah on Sunday and it is the CWIRA race that "pays the bills" for the year.  We still need workers and YOU still need to get your work credit for season points to count!

Find the Rock Dam results on the top of the CWIRA.com page or use this cheater link.

2018 Poster

Results from Lake Wisconsin

As some of you know there are some errors in the results from lake Wisconsin.  Particularly in B Motorcycle - and there may be others.

We are checking additional scorekeeping information provided by the CWIRA scorers who were working as backup to the SWIRA crew and will issue an update as soon as we can.  We WILL NOT be adding CWIRA series points until we are confident the posted results are as accurate as we can get them.

We apologize for the delay.  If you have any questions feel free to ask me at the Rock Dam race - I will answer as much as I can.

SWIRA/Remi's Thirsty Moose/CWIRA Points Sunday!

Racing this weekend is on Lake Wisconsin headquartered at Remi's Thisty Moose, N3135 CTY RD V, Poynette.  Sunday will be a CWIRA/SWIRA points day.  Get there early!  Racing to get under way (hopefully) by 10am.  Expect a similar event to the one we did last year on Weyauwega Sunday - combined classes - lots of entries and intense competition from our Southern rivals.

The Saturday race is a SWIRA event making this a 2-day racing weekend.  Here's the info posted from SWIRA this week:

Saturday: Will be a NON points day. We will be running our normal class list with extra payout $ added to the 4 main Pro classes (Rubber Oval/TT, Studded Oval/TT).

Sunday: CWIRA will be joining us with both clubs running for points. We will be running a combined class list so that everyone is able to be scored for their normal season points.

Group hotel rates at Lucky's Bridge Motel  - click there for map.

After the races are completed on Saturday we will be taking a 1 1/2 hour break before starting the awards and raffle drawings up at the bar. This is to provide time for those who are staying at the hotel to go there to drop off trailer, change, etc. Lodi Bar Buddies will be providing free rides from the hotel back to the bar and rides anywhere in the Lodi area at the end of the night (be sure to tip them and show your appreciation)

$500 bonus for the UTV classes on Saturday provided by Jay's Power Center.
